If you are not completely satisfied with (part of) your purchase, you can return it. We must have received it within 14 days of receipt. If this is not the case, we will no longer process the return. We do not oblige you to state the reason for the return, but we are very curious.

Of course you can put on a product during the cooling-off period to see how it looks, but you are not supposed to actually wear the product. So keep it tidy if you want to return it. This way we can make someone else happy with it. If we do not receive a product in good condition, we will not process the return.

It is not possible to return or exchange earrings and hair accessories for reasons of hygiene. Items from the outlet/sale and personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

The return costs of a return shipment are for your own account. The responsibility for the product to be returned by post lies with the sender. This means that we are not liable for damage and/or loss of returned items.

To return you can use the returns form download and print. We request that you complete this and send it with the product for quick and correct processing. The address to which you can send the return is also stated on the return form.

As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will receive a return confirmation by email. When you receive this email, you will receive a refund for the returned items within a maximum of 5 working days. Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used to pay for your order. If the order was placed with a Malalo Gift Card, we will email you a new code for the return shipment. This code will be valid for another year. We will not refund the shipping costs for your order.

After purchasing a product, you cannot claim a retroactive discount. By this we mean that we no longer deduct any discount afterwards.

It is not possible for us to exchange items. If you want a different item or a different color, you can return the unwanted item. In the meantime, you can reorder the correct item in our webshop.
