Warranty & Complaints

Unfortunately, in some cases it may happen that an item arrives to you broken or breaks while wearing it. We therefore provide a one-month warranty on all purchases (with the exception of sale and outlet items). If there is something wrong with a product during this period, we will be happy to resolve this together. You can then send an email to info@malalo.nl stating your order number and a clear description of the problem. Don't forget to send a photo as proof. We will then process the complaint and provide a suitable solution. You will receive an answer from us within 3 working days.

Please note that the warranty is not valid if the item has a defect caused by misuse. The warranty also does not apply to the plating of the jewelry. Information about the material of our jewelry and tips to keep the plating beautiful can be found here .
