We do our utmost to have as many products in stock as possible. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. Do you see an item that is sold out, but that you really want? Then you can always send us a message so that we can see what we can do for you.

Ordering in our online store is actually very simple. All you have to do is follow the steps below:

1. Put the desired products in your shopping cart.

Go to the product you want to order, select a color/size/quantity, etc. if necessary and click on the 'add to cart' button. The item is now ready for you in your shopping cart (top right of the page). You can of course continue shopping or pay immediately.

2. Go to your shopping cart

Click on the shopping cart at the top right. Here you will see all the items you have selected and the total amount. Check whether your order is correct, add a discount code if necessary and click on the 'proceed to checkout' button.

3 . Pay

You will now arrive at a page where you can enter all your details to complete the order. Subjects marked with a * are compulsory. Your data is stored securely in our customer database and will not be provided to third parties. Is all the information correct? Choose one of the payment options and click on 'place order' (for more information about payment, see our payment page). You will then be referred to the chosen payment system.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email (possibly in your spam box). We will then start shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping time is currently between 2 and 5 working days. If you would like to receive your order earlier for a specific reason, we can deviate from this in consultation. We ship our orders via PostNL (usually via letterbox post without a track & trace code). You will receive an email with the subject 'Your order with Malalo has now been completed' once the order has been shipped. After receiving this email, it will take 1-2 working days within the Netherlands until you receive your order. For orders to Belgium this will be 2-3 working days. We charge 2 euros shipping costs for shipping within the Netherlands and 4 euros for shipping to Belgium (free for orders over 75 euros).
