We collect your personal information because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself. In order to process your order, check for fraud and complete your order, we must collect and store the following information for each order placed; your name, email, shipping and billing address, telephone number and payment details.

We use your data for various purposes, namely - to deliver goods and/or services to you - to process your payment - to be able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services - to sending our newsletter.

It is important to know that we handle your data with the utmost care. Malalo only shares your data with third parties if this is necessary to facilitate your order or to comply with a legal obligation. Credit card and bank details are never shared with third parties and are only used to process your order. Your bank account number/credit card number is not known to us, but is encrypted in our web hosting (WooCommerce and Mollie).

We do not intend to collect data from website visitors who are 16 years or younger, only if they have permission from their parents or guardian. We cannot check age, so we encourage parents/guardians to be involved in their children's online activities. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us at info@malalo.nl and we will delete this information.

The personal data described above will be kept for as long as necessary to process your orders. We then store data for a maximum of one year for the described statistical purposes. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the tax retention obligation of seven years for payment data).

From May 25, 2018, every user/customer has the right to have his or her data deleted. Email us to info@malalo.nl if you wish this for any reason.
